Classes

Ages 4 - 6

A strong foundation of skills enable students to draw anything they want. The young beginners will focus on the basic drawing skills and art elements. Student uses markers, crayons, pastels and watercolor to create pictures. Instructor will show the student step-by-step, and encourage students to use their imagination to create their own pictures like telling a story.

Ages 7 - 12

After learning the basic drawing and coloring skills, student will be taught to draw picture more realistic and three dimensional by adding tone and color. Student start to explore more art mediums such as graphite, colored pencil, soft pastel, oil pastel, charcoal, pen, watercolor, acrylic and more. Class includes figure study, still life, landscape and animation/cartoon.

Ages 13 & up

Base on the student's unique strengths and interests, we design different lesson plan for each one. Student receives extensive instruction to enhance their drawing skills. For high school student who may apply for art school in the future, we offer portfolio preparation class to help them create impressive art works.

Special Programs and Events

We offer special programs during the year, such as summer program, draw-for-fun program, adult painting program, seasonal project workshop. We also host open house twice a year, please contact us for more information.
